Appraisal contract for the assets of Schlapp Möbel-Gesellschaft mbH & Co. KG from Neu-Anspach and Thüringer Objektmöbel GmbH from Schlotheim. The two sister companies produce solid wood furniture for both proprietary and external brands within the office and home furniture industries at two locations in Thuringia and Hesse. In addition to the development of furniture from solid wood and wood composites, the conception, planning and realization of media libraries, libraries, leisure homes, seminars and day rooms, canteens and cafeterias are the primary focus. Founded in 1870, Thüringer Objektmöbel GmbH was once the largest producer of seating furniture in the GDR.
