Max Manuel Lueders

Max Manuel Lueders has been the Managing Director of Lueders & Partner GmbH since 1992. After studying business administration in Fribourg (CH), he worked for Barclays Bank PLC in New York, London and Germany, primarily in the areas of mid-size and large account management and risk management. From 2000 to 2015 he was Chairman of the Board of Netbid Industrieauctions AG and subsequently an advisor and member of the supervisory board of Netbid until the end of 2016.

Since 1994, Max Manuel Lueders has been a publicly appointed and sworn industrial auctioneer. He has managed over 800 live auctions and been responsible for about 4,000 assessments in that time.

He is married, has two children and is a passionate sailor, skier and cyclist.

Matthias Mewes

Matthias Mewes is a Senior Project Manager and Partner at Lueders & Partner GmbH. After training as a technical manager and mechanical engineer, he worked for nine years in the machine trade. From 1999 to 2016 he worked as a Project Manager and Authorized Representative at Netbid Industrieauctions AG.

During his career, Matthias Mewes has conducted and supervised more than 1,000 asset appraisals of capital goods throughout a wide range of industries for insolvency administrators, banks/financial institutions and leasing companies, investment firms and entrepreneurs.

He is married, the father of two children, and an enthusiastic triathlete.

Felix von der Goltz

Felix von der Goltz is a Senior Project Manager and Partner at Lueders & Partner GmbH and is also active in the areas of acquisitions and sales. After his training in banking and business administration (BA), he worked for Netbid AG, Inducon GmbH and Industriewert GmbH as a project manager for several years.

As part of his activities, Felix von der Goltz has acquired and assisted many clients in the appraisal and sale of capital goods.

He is married, has two children and has been playing tennis and handball for many years.

Vera von Wolffersdorff-Ritter

Vera von Wolffersdorff-Ritter is an Authorised Signatory and Head of Administration and Office Management at Lueders & Partner GmbH. After a year abroad in New York, first work experience at Apple Computer in Munich and her studies of political science (graduate) in Frankfurt am Main, she worked in central marketing communication for AEG Aktiengesellschaft as well as for a PR agency.

From 1996 to 2016, she was responsible for a Spanish franchise chain from the interior design sector for Germany.

She lives in Hamburg, is a passionate rider and is also enthusiastic about tennis and golf.

Rüdiger Metze

Rüdiger Metze is a Project Manager at Lueders & Partner GmbH. After the completion of his training in banking and business management (BA), he worked for several years for the Sparkasse Wilhelmshaven and UniCreditLeasing GmbH in the fields of refurbishment and internal audits.

From 2009, Rüdiger Metze worked as an independent appraiser and interim manager, e.g. in cooperation with the auction houses Dechow and Troostwijk. During this time, he was in charge of a large number of value appraisals in a variety of sectors, handling tasks ranging from the initial valuation to marketing the capital assets.

He lives in cohabitation with his partner, plays Squash and loves traveling to far away countries.

Sylvia Meister

Sylvia Meister is Regional Manager Bavaria for Lueders & Partner GmbH. She is a certified expert (BDSF) for industrial appraisals and worked for Perlick Industrieauktionen GmbH (2003-2014) as well as IndustrieWert GmbH (up until autumn 2017) as Industrial Appraiser/Regional Manager Bavaria.

During the course of her career, Sylvia Meister has been responsible for a large number of value appraisals for various liquidators, banks, leasing companies or corporations. Due to the constantly rising challenges in this field as well as new EU directives (EU-DSGVO), she was additionally certified as an External Data Protection Officer by TÜV Süd.

She is married, has two daughters and loves music, sport and travel.

Bert Wigger

Bert Wigger is Regional Manager East for Lueders & Partner GmbH. He has worked in the eastern German Länder for more than 25 years in the appraisal and sale of capital goods and real estate. The rehabilitation of agricultural holdings has played an important role since the beginning of his professional career.

Since 2002, Bert Wigger is a publicly appointed and sworn auctioneer (Potsdam Chamber of Industry and Commerce) and has since conducted several hundred appraisals and a number of live auctions. In addition to the regional management of eastern Germany, a primary focus of his work at Lueders & Partner will be rehabilitation procedures as well as agriculture.

He is married, has two children and loves agriculture and hunting in his spare time.

Hakan Eroglu

Hakan Eroglu is Regional Manager NRW (North-Rhine Westphalia) for Lueders & Partner GmbH. He is a publicly appointed and sworn auctioneer for machinery and industrial equipment by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and a certified expert (BDSF) for industrial appraisals.

Hakan Eroglu has conducted inventory, valuations and liquidations of mobile and current assets in countless insolvency and voluntary engagements over the past 20 years. As an expert and project manager at well-known industrial auction houses, he has acquired broad industry expertise and experience in all aspects of industrial appraisals and liquidations.

He lives in cohabitation with his partner, has four children and loves music, traveling and reading.

Sascha Hofbeck

Sascha Hofbeck is a Junior Project Manager at Lueders & Partner GmbH. After graduating from high school and studying mechanical engineering, specializing in production technology, he worked for several years as a project manager and in sales at a precision parts company specializing in aeronautical engineering in Hilpoltstein.

Sascha Hofbeck has been working for Lueders & Partner GmbH in the areas of appraisals, valuations and marketing of mobile assets since 2021.

He lives in Hilpoltstein near Nuremberg in central Franconia and is a passionate angler, motorcyclist and hobby racer.

Melanie Derks

Melanie Derks is a Project Assistant at Lueders & Partner GmbH. After her training as an IT system clerk and business administration studies, she worked for many years as a purchasing manager in the IT and construction industry. She is a specialist book author and has been working in adult education since 2008 with a focus on camera and sensor technology. She lives in a partnership and is enthusiastic about photography and art.

She has been supporting our project managers in their tasks since 2019 and is responsible for the implementation of our auctions.
