Appraisal contract to evaluate the mobile assets of Fischräucherei Cramer GmbH from Saalfeld/Saale. The family business from Thuringia has been producing hand-finished smoked fish in its own smokehouse for approx. 20 years with around 20 employees. The raw fish comes exclusively from long-term partner fishing companies, mainly from Denmark, Norway, Scotland and Greenland, in compliance with all legal fishery regulations. From the suppliers of raw materials to the fish smokehouse, the greatest possible value is placed on sustainable fishing and the most prudent use of resources.
