Historical Overview
Establishment of the auction house Karl Georg Lueders & Söhne, Hamburg
Foundation of Lueders & Partner oHG by Werner C.F. Lueders, the first German industrial inspector and surveyor for machines and plants in Germany. He directed over 600 live auctions through 1992.
Max Manuel Lueders (publicly appointed and sworn industrial auctioneer and assessor) assumes the management of Lueders & Partner oHG. He has directed more than 800 physical auctions to date and worked on a wide range of current market value appraisals for all different kinds of clients.
Max Manuel Lueders, together with the Angermann Group, founds the first online marketplace for industrial auctions in Europe – NetBid AG. He led NetBid AG / Angermann & Lueders as Managing Director and Chief Executive until 2015. He remained an advisor to the company through the end of 2016.
