Founded over 100 years ago in Munich, the company specializes in fresh herbs and soup greens of high quality. In addition to the extensive proprietary regional production in the heart of Bavaria, the refinement process essentially consists of the bundling and machine packaging of vegetables and herbs. In the winter months, the supply chain is ensured by suppliers in Italy through contract cultivation. With around 40 permanent and seasonal employees, the company, now in its 5th generation of the Pastari family, supplies the REWE Group and Norma stores, among others.
